Some might call it ice cream snobbism, but we just feel strongly about what a true gelato should be like, and for it to be cold is not enough. Something natural, with a smooth texture, and super, super tasty – now, that’s the kind of ice cream we scream for. Thankfully, it is also precisely what loom has set out to provide.
